首先将wordpress源码放到xammp下的doc目录下

运行xammp(事先装好xammp)，启动Apathe 和 mysql

点击xammp面板上的apathe的admin按钮，跳转至安装界面，选择语言english，然后点击continue

点击let’s go 按钮

填入Database Name、Username、Password等，然后点击submit

点击Run the installation

填入Site Title、Username，点击Install WordPress

查看安装的博客前台界面

现在我们就使用了wordpress英文主题了。
